Terms of Service

These terms cover Black Swan Commerce and its stock-alert bots: Blackswan Stock Watch on Discord, and its Telegram bot (together, "the service"). By adding a bot to a server or chat, or by using its commands, you agree to them.

What the service does

The bots watch public restock announcements and send you a message when an item matches a watch you set with /watch. They only notify. They don't buy anything, place orders or handle payments.

Who can use it

The service is run privately by its operator. Commands work only for users and chats the operator has allowed; anyone else is told they aren't allowed. The operator can grant or remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, Discord's or Telegram's terms, or the terms of any retailer. Don't try to overload, reverse-engineer or get around the access controls of the service.

No guarantee

Alerts come from third-party announcements and may be late, wrong or missing. Prices and availability are whatever the source posted, and may have changed by the time you see them. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the service or relying on an alert, including a missed purchase.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
